NEW COMPETITION

I've just put out a new competition for you! You can win a new prize each week just by cutting off your name from your due date receipt and putting it in the entry box at the desk. This week it is a couple of books, "100 most disgusting things on the planet" and "100 most dangerous things on the planet". I reckon you'll find some great facts and pictures in them! Well, as you might be able to see above, I actually tried to launch this blog at the beginning of LAST term, but there were problems with you being able to access it. So, I've tried again and this time it is hopefully going to work!
This blog is a place for me to let you know what is happening in the library, new stuff just in, and any activities coming up that might be of interest to you. I hope that I will soon be able to reveal the outcome of the survey you participated in to say what gaming consoles you wanted...

Hi Guys,

Well, it's about time! I'm trying to make the most of modern technology so that you can see what's happening in the library even if you aren't in here.

We've been very busy over the holidays- you might notice a change to the Youth Area when you next come in. We've moved the computers and painted the wall, and there is still more to come! It's only the beginning!

Most importantly for now though, I need your help....we need to name this blog properly. I came up with 'The Library Spot', but let's face it, you guys could probably come up with something better, so if you post your ideas below, then we can vote on the options later.
